Yes, at one time, several companies made .25 caliber semi automatics or revolvers. At the present time, I don't think there are but a few. I think Beretta still makes a .25 ACP pocket gun.

The Rohm or RG revolvers were made in West Germany. They are low cost handguns of indifferent quality. Value would range from $25-$70, depending on condition.

Serial numbers do not mean a lot- we need make and model. Also- not all revolvers with "38 S&W" on the barrel ARE Smith & Wessons- that is a caliber. And the finish is nickel, not chrome.
