The park will have a central water main and it will branch to each lot. Every lot must have it's own shut off valve and usually a PRV. For building convenience, this water pipe usually comes out of the ground in a small pit midway down the home foundation. An owner wanting to shut off will almost always have to go into his crawlspace to get at the valve. Park management will (or should) be aware of all this.
