I was a member of local union 198 USWA, in San Bernardino, Ca., from 3/1965-8/1976. We had just won a retirement plan, and I was vested and had ten years frozen. I use to have a letter stating such, but between a fire ad a flood, the letter was lost. Any assistance in finding my retirement would be appreciated. Sincerely
Brother Hiram J.W. Madland
