In the begining, there should be 2 grey blocks. 3 bricks to the the right, a P switch is in a brick. (if you don't have a mushroom to break the bricks, keep going right and there will be a door. in that room, keep going right and there should be another door. There should be lava on the ground. Go up and there should be a ? block with a shroom/fire flower in it. Then go back the way you came.) Press it and stand on that block. You will fall through the coins if you don't. Now there should be a door next to you. Take it. Now there should be 2 pipes. Take the one going up. In there should be a giant ? block with a toonoki suit. Now go back through the pipe going sideways. You shoud be the room with the lava. go to the big empty room. Run left until your P meter if full and fly (it is a littel far to the left). There should be a silver pipe there.
