It might fit, but it actually a different bumper. It means that your fog lights are not going to fit. Other then that I do not see a reason why it will not fit.

Additionally, when equipped with fog lights, the 01-02 bumper had different fog lights, so your new bumper may not come the new ones, meaning you'll have to either find a pair, or live with two great big holes in your bumper, that is of course assuming that the new bumper had fog lights.

The fog lights are turned on by pressing the fog light button on the headlight switch. On my truck, you have to pull the switch out that turns the regular lights on.
