It is a GM/Chevy trans, so any good transmission shop should be able to help you.
If no dipstick it is a GM built 4T40E. if their is a dipstick, and this seems to be rare, it has a daewoo manufactured tranny.
the transmission filter is in the tranny. you have to drop the tranny pan to get to it.
On a standard tranny there is no reservoir. On an automatic tranny it is internal to the tranny. The fluid resides in the transmission pan.

what do you mean? can you be more specific? Is it only when you have it in drive or also in reverse, Low gear and so forth? If it's only in drive could be that you have a transmission issue.. Probably water in your tranny from your radiator tranny cooling tank being bad...
The Bands in the transmission are slipping/ the tranny is bad.
The automatic transmission has a vent tube. If the transmission is overfilled or gets water in it , the transmission may appear to be leaking tranny fluid after the transmission has warmed up from driving because the tranny fluid expands.
