They get stuck when the CD Changer is starting to get worn out.
You don't!
You need to clean the CD Changer every 6 months to ensure the CD Changer runs smoothly.
If a CD is stuck in the CD changer, it is probably going to have to be taken apart. Putting a screw driver into it could break it along with the CD.Ê
Take it out and get a new one!!!!!
CD is stuck in the changer. very common if CD has a "stick on label".
How did that even happen...
take it to a local garage
GENTLY slide something thin such as a popsicle stick (clean of course) in the slot and move the CD from one side to the other until it comes out. I emphasize gently.
Answerokremove one terminal from the car battery for about 30 minutesand when is plug back again the radio will believe that this is the first time is been power so it will move the CD changer to the factory settingsfirs thing to do is press the eject button and try to get the CD's out most likely they will come out and use some music CD;s to see if the CD changer is ok it is possible that they get stuck againgood luck
You may have to take it apart and see why is getting stuck. It may be need of some lube.
You must remove the strip across the dash to remove the side panel to access the CD changer...if you have used paper label CD's you may have glue ick all over your rollers...if it continues to run when you use the radio it will strip the gears of the changer and it's all over.
