remove one terminal from the car battery for about 30 minutes
and when is plug back again the radio will believe that this is the first time is been power so it will move the CD changer to the factory settings
firs thing to do is press the eject button and try to get the CD's out most likely they will come out and use some music CD;s to see if the CD changer is ok it is possible that they get stuck again

Hi... The CD unit has a door on it and frequently with the armrest model, loose change or small items can get stuck inside the changer. I found an old cassette tape in mine and was wondering why it would not work with the CD 6x Cassette module.
