Well so far I have found that when I turn my headlamps on and switch to the high been and then use the rocker switch for the hazards, it will allow for my turn signals to start working again.
Check fuses and turn signal flasher
you may need to replace the flasher relay it should be in the fuse panel

Check the flasher for the turn signals which is under the dash on the left side of the steering column . It is different from the emergency flasher.
I could be a bad float in the gas tank. you have a fused link in the circuit board.may have blown.
