Don't know if it not working or working part way. check fuses Some trucks had fuses in fuse box in pass compartment & also in fuse box in engine compartment. Does blower work at one speed & not on the other speeds? that will be the resistor. Located on firewall just above pass side valve cover. has 3 springs of different sizes & each one controls a different speed (can check with a test light) if ok then see if power is getting to blower. if there is power & not working (key on & fan switch on) then blower motor needs repacement. you can check the whole system with a test light.
