How do you fix a 1986 Honda Accord with a clogged carburetor Car will start run but not idle?

Switching ignition cables for cylinders 1 and 3. Start engine and let run for a minute. The misfire will unclog it. Disconnect vacuum hose to white anti vacuum thing on drivers side of engine. Sometimes you need to do it when it reclogs.
