I'd ensure that you really have an 88 FC as those models are fuel injected and don't have a carb.

Carburators will flood only when the needle/seat is faulty. When the bowl is full, the float is supposed to rise and shut off the fuel. If that's not happening fix the carburator.
Tis a sign of a worn motor. A New one will fix all related probs. Recco cotact rotary eng wiz. in ur area. Try RX club for suggestions. Pete D.

check the fuses first then replace the flasher.....that should cure your problem
if its a 12a carb. then its running rich and unless its really bad readjust the fuel mixture located on the left side of the carburetor otherwise this is normal.
the toyota supra is faster,but the mazda RX-8 is faster than the RX-7.
From everything I have ever seen, no. I have not come across anything suggesting an RX7 ever had AWD.
