check the RDO fuse in the fuse box under the hood located on the driver side of the vehicle.
You turn it counter clockwise to loosen.
This would indicate that the a/c compressor has locked up.....
It is not the stereo. Behind the stereo there is a relay switch for the turn signals. It is going out and needs to be replaced. Autozone has the part about $30-$40
If it is like my 2001 you would pull the head lamp switch out when the headlights are on
Turn the drain counter clockwise. It is located on the lower driver side of the radiator.
Try turning the headlight switch clockwise (opposite of most vehicles)
On my 2001 model I traced it to the alternator - it has an overrunning clutch. Wayne Tiffany
Check the fuses and the headlight bulbs.
there is no Chevy town and country. its a Chrysler.
The turn signals are not programmable.
The button is to the right of the stereo head unit
If I remember, turn the stereo on, enter the code using the 6 preset buttons. After the beep, turn the stereo off. Then turn the stereo on and it should be OK. I just pulled my radio to get into the dash.
