Sounds like either bad spark plugs or wires. I would highly recommend that you get a tune up; consisting of: New spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new air filter, new fuel filter and possibly a new PCV Valve. 3.0L's are very picky on how they run, if something is going, or about to go, it'll warn you in advance by showing poor performance. If you have already done a tune up, and still have this problem, i would look into your Fuel Presure Regulator, or Fuel Pump.
