For metal radiators, ideally, it needs to be braised (not usually a do-it-yourself job). However, if there is too much metal fatigue, it must be replaced.
For plastic radiator parts, ideally, the part should be replaced, and any other plastic radiator parts should be inspected for signs of impending failure since they are likely to have similar life spans.

It may work as a temporary fix.
If the radiator cracks on top or bottom (bolth sides are plastic) ........ replace the radiator, can't be properly repaired.
A replacement radiator would be the best thing.
You could try soldering
Yes, crack it on the side and leave it to cool.
If it is a small leak, stopgap products like StopLeak can be used, but the radiator will eventually need to be replaced

probably need a new radiator cap. very cheap and easy fix.
Take the radiator to a rad shop to be fixed. This is not typically a DIY fix. If you feel the need to save some money by doing some of the work, remove the radiator yourself and bring it to the shop, the repair will be cheaper. Otherwise, take the whole vehicle in to be repaired.
