It seems like your window has fallen off track. This is a two man job. What you'll need to do is take off your door panel off (which is a real bitch) by taking off the window crank (Google it) unscrew all of the screws you can find on the paneling (make sure to take off the speaker cover and unscrew those), and pull it off from the bottom up. Once you have your paneling off you can unplug your speaker from the back of it and put the paneling aside. Now you have to take off the plastic covering so you can get to the track (don't damage it too much because you'll have to put it back on with tape or glue.) Now you'll have to use a wrench to pull the window out from above. After you've pulled the window out make sure to grease up the metal tracks. After they're nice and greased you put the window back in and make sure it is in between the tracks and have your friend screw it back onto the track. Once it's screwed back on nice and tight you can put the paneling back on the same way you took it off and you should be good to go.
