Take it apart and clean it. If that does not fix it then replace it.
It does not have one. you will need to pull the fuel pump relay, or the fuel pump fuse to disable the fuel pump. Ford is the only one that had a shut off switch / INERTIA switch.
attach a 10mm socket to an electric drill and place it onto the flywheel nut. start drill while giving it a bit of throttle and it should start up.
The switch to open the fuel filler door is on the floorboard in front of the driver's seat. Pull up.
pull the fuse
There is no fuel pump shutoff switch (like the inertia switch in Fords). you can pull the fuse in the engine compartment fusebox to cut power to the fuel pump.
The Fuel Cut Off switch is actually called the Fuel Inertia Switch and it is located on the passenger side floorboard near the hump underneath the carpet. Just pull the carpet back from the firewall and you will see it. To reset it pull the white tab up (or push down to shut off. But I don't recommend this because tampering with it too much will cause it to fail, and your truck will no longer start until its replaced.)
there isn't one. pull the relay or fuse
yes it can be true. try not applying the engine and apply the switch to left for run. then give gas. if it is electric start and it still doesnt start ask a local mechanic to unclogg the carbrater fuel septers.. if u have a pull start get a new spark plug
pull the fuse and try to start the car. Turn the car off and replace the fuse, you should hear the pump. Or you can disconnect the fuel line at the fuel filter, turn the switch on and see if fuel sprays out. If neither...bad pump
the fuel reset switch is under the passenger side kick panel on the firewall you have to pull off the plastic panel to get to it.
A typical fuel pump relay should pull straight out with your fingers.
There is a fuel pump relay if that's what you are referring to, or you can pull the fuse if you want to shut off power.
