How do you fix a horn on a 94 grand Cherokee Laredo before it stopped working it sounded like a sick duck with a sore throat?

it needs to be replaced. The horn on those cars should be located under the front bumper on the passenger side. Horns aren't that expensive and its simple to replace, just a couple bolts and plug right in to the factory wire harness if its a OEM replacement part. My wife's 1994 Jeep sounded EXACTLY the same way. On her Jeep, only the LOW note horn needed to be replaced. Now it sounds like new again!
