Technically, in order to answer this question appropriately, more information would be needed. Are the wires damaged? Is the horn hooked up? Is there a battery in the truck? Are you sure you're not sitting in the passenger seat and pressing on the airbag?

Your sensing unit may be broken inside of your gas tank. If it is, you would need to purchase another tank.
