How do you fix a po172 system too rich bank 1 code on a Toyota 1998 tacoma pre runner 6 cylinder?

PO 172 Toyota 1. Sounds like you have P0172, not 127. 172 is 'system too rich (bank 1). For one reason or another the system isn't able to get enough air to run properly, or at least it thinks it that is the case. Probable causes are normally the mass air flow or the oxygen sensors. Other causes could be air induction blockage, a leaking injector, or the coolant temp sensor. 2. that what my ob2 code reader said P0127 system too rich (bank 1) the code reader said trucks coolant temp was sitting at 188 degrees. thinking at the time that was a lil high considering it had been parked for a 1/2 hour and the temp outside is 32 degrees out.
