Where is the leak? From one of the hoses? Replace it. From the pump? buy a rebuild kit for $12.00 and rebuild your pump or buy a rebuilt pump for $50.00 and swap it out. From the steering gear box? Remove it and replace the seals or replace it with a rebuilt box.

power steering fluid dumped out what caused this
It is on the driver side of the engine block next to the power steering pump.
transmission cooling hoses going to and from radiator.thanks for the answer
Generally ford placed the fusebox under the hood on the drivers side by the firewall or under the steering wheel.
Looking at the engine on the left side under the A/C compressor . That is the power steering pump. Uses ATF.
Check inside the frame, behind steering box. Have fun with this one.
Remove the cap and check the level when the fluid is hot.
