ive used a c-clamp valve tool , but the valve that was stuck actually bent my c-clamp tool . now im at a stand still how do i get this vlve out without wrecking my head
Sorry to hear about your troubles. It sounds like you're going to have to cut the valve off as close to the tower as possible and drive the valve out with a hammer and punch. This will probably damage the valve guide, which will require taking the head to a machine shop. Best plan is to take the head off and give it to a qualified machinist.
You need to put a vent and a PCV valve in the valve covers.
Sounds like you bent the valve. You'll have to pull the head to fix it.
Gonna have to pull the head and find out what's wrong. Could be a bent valve.
take it to get fix
The float could be stuck because of stuck needle valve, or rust. The float could also be leaking and be full of fuel.
It can be successfully cleaned with Carb' cleaner and a soft brass brush. I also flushed areas I couldn't reach with the brush.
Need to know what is wrong with it before we can help Joe fix it.
You have to take the door apart
Replace the seat belt.
Take the head off and replace BOTH valves.
If it's a 2.4 L DOHC motor, there is no EGR valve.
Replace them. This can be done without removing the heads. Talk to your mechanic about this.
