I am assuming that this is actually water accumulating on the floor of the vehicle. If this is the case you will need to pull the front edge of the carpet back on the passenger side. There is a "drain hose" about the thickness of a "Sharpie" magic marker. They are usally black in color. What usally happens is that they become a popular home for Spiders and the will cause a blockage not allowing the Evaporator box to drain water. You can detach the hose from the box on the inside of the vehicle and stick a wire hanger through it to clear the blockage. On the other hand, sometimes the hose actually gets kinked not allowing the water to escape. It is fairly simple to complete this repair and should take no more than 15 minutes. While you have the carpet pulled back see if you can find any rubber plugs in the floor of the car. I would puul one of them out to allow the carpet to drain out. Water in carpets is bad. This usally develops into a mildew problem if left unattended. The smell is terrible and the only way to rid of it is to remove the entire carpet to either clean it or replace it. Cleaning a carpet and allowing it to dry takes days. It has to be completely dry including all padding or else it will re-mildew.
