You open the hood up, undo the wing nuts over the headlamp, headlamp comes out forward if you have everything loose, you may have to twist it back and forth some, the side marked clips onto the side of the headlamp. reverse to install. Most salvage yards have these, they are the same on Pontiac, Chevy, and Olds vans, of the same year. Used Headlamps almost always have issues from moisture or foggy lamps. RJ

I had problems with a brake light constantly burning out. I finally re-grounded the tail light assembly and have not had a problem since. So perhaps the answer to your question is "you have a bad ground". Try it, it is an easy fix.
There's a turn signal or running light out on that side, either front or rear. Turn on signal, get out and look. If both turn signals are working, chances are its the running light.
Replace the lever with a new or good used one.
You need to start by having it checked for codes. Then you will know what to diagnose/fix.
Without knowing what is wrong with the system there is no way to determine the cost.
I drilled small holes on each side at the bottom of the lenses to let the moisture out. This seemed to help.
sounds like the fuel sensor inthe fuel tank which means removing tank to replace
you will need to replace the fuel sensor and it is all in one with the fuel pump its in the gas tank.
