That depends what's making it not spark! A Hyundai will not energize the fuel pump unless the engine is turning over. If it has no spark the computer probably does not realize the engine is turning over, and therefor not energizing the fuel pump. Maybe you have a bad crank sensor. Using a scan tool that can see datastream check the engine RPM while cranking. If it says zero then you have a problem with what senses engine RPM. Also check to see if you broke your timing belt(These cars are notorious for that) If that is the case you should start shopping for a used engine.

did you have a hot spark when you tested for spark ? i did you test the fuel pump pressure ? did you cheak for pulse on the coil to see if you were getting a signal ? i have spark, gas, the fuel pump works great and the coil is getting plenty of signal but it still wont start What was the fuel presure reading ?

You need three things, spark, fuel and compression. If you have replaced EVERYTHING spark related and fuel related including injectors, I would do a compression check next, you may have a valve problem.

The fuel presure regulator is located on the fuel rail, it has a vaccume line conected to it, disconect the vaccume line and plug it. Try the engine again and if it improves it is a faulty presure regulator. if that doesnot improve it, it's probebly a weak pump, or fuel filter.

fuel pump, fuel pump relay, faulty wiring. Check to see if you have spark in the first place, that you wired the car correctly after replacing the wires. And that you used the factory recommended spark plug and that its gapped correctly. Check that you are getting fuel to the engine and that its at the correct pressure, (fuel pressure test) There are many things it could be and getting it properly diagnosed is the first step.
