You more than likely have a defective unit. i own a '93 new yorker and my abs lights were lit on my dash, a few days later my brakes completely failed. ABS HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT CAN EXPERIENCE EXCESSIVE BRAKE ACTUATOR PISTON SEAL WEAR CAUSING PUMP-MOTOR DETERIORATION.

although the model year is '91 for the link ik believe they were still using the same abs assembly in 93. hope this helps.
Have a Chrysler diag. it with a scan tool. The good news that the brake system will still work as if there were no ABS system
If equipped with abs the pump is located on top of the transmission.

if this is the same abs system that i am thinking.....Chrysler issued a lifetime warranty on the entire abs hydraulic system . Call your local dealer with the VIN # to confirm.
