If you mean you have amber fog lights, and you want them to work as turn signals whether they are switched on or off, I'd use an XOR circuit...
A=Fog switch
B=Flash signal
AB Fog
00 Off
01 On
10 On
11 Off
aka XOR

Be sure the 4-way is turned off.
Turn signal indicators are lights. The flash to tell you, or indicate, that a turn signal is on, and which way the lights are flashing.
You would have to remove the red lenses and replace them with amber ones. Then you would get a ticket for improper lights.
When both turn signals flash simultaneously, it typically indicates that the vehicle's hazard lights are activated. This feature is used to warn other drivers of a potential hazard or to signal that the vehicle is stationary or moving slowly. If the turn signals are flashing without the hazard lights being intentionally activated, it may suggest a malfunction in the vehicle's electrical system or a problem with the turn signal switch. It's important to check the vehicle's manual or consult a mechanic to diagnose and resolve the issue.
The turn signal flasher is what makes the noise and lets the turn signal flash.
A 1968 Mustang is equipped with two turn signal indicators, which also function as flashers. When activated, these indicators flash to signal turns or lane changes. Additionally, the vehicle has a separate hazard warning system that uses the same lights, allowing all four turn signals to flash simultaneously when engaged.
You have a failed bulb on the right side.
Replace the turn signal flasher relay.
If the dash lights are out and flash when the turn signals are activated on a 2003 Ford Escape, it could indicate a problem with the vehicle's electrical system, such as a faulty ground connection or a short circuit. The turn signal circuit may be drawing power from the dashboard lights, causing them to flash in sync with the blinkers. It's also possible that there's an issue with the turn signal relay or bulb, which could affect the electrical flow. A thorough inspection of the wiring and components is recommended to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Check the fuses
Bad ground.
On the Lexus CT200h, the hazard lights are activated by pressing the red triangle button located on the center console, typically near the climate controls. When engaged, the hazard lights will flash all turn signal lights, alerting other drivers to your vehicle's presence. Make sure to turn them off when they are no longer needed.
