How do you fix the automatic seat belts on a Ford Escort wagon?

Sorry, the only way is to replace the assembly. Ususally the track tape strips out. If you here the motor running, but the belt doesn't move, and there is a grinding noise, the track assembly needs to be replaced. It's stripped out.
