There are a few possibilities. You either have a short in your wiring, or you have been touching the bulbs when you install them.
go to toyodiy.com, it is an archived version of the Toyota parts catalogue. Input your serial number and look for the bulbs under electrical. The part numbers and prices will be there for you to see ( though most likely the prices will be out of date). Bulbs are dirt cheap anyway. Good luck!

Check the bulbs first, I've seen where both burn out and you can be lead to believe you have an electrical problem.
