the fix is to replace turn signal flasher the hazard flasher is separate from the turn signal flasher

check the free on in the compressor and if that's not it you will need a new compressor

Replace the turn signal flasher. It is in the wiring to the left of the steering column and different from the emergency lights. Also check all of the fuses

The common electrical device for these functions is the flasher unit. Replace it and it should fix everything. I don't know where the flasher is located though, but they are cheap. Should be less than 20 (Ozzie) bucks.
