if it is coming from the front on the belt drive side and leaking off the front support it is probably oil pan gasket or oil filter seal is bad. if it isn't there could be valve cover gasket or with the 3.1 they took out the distributor and put in coil packs so there is a rubber seal where the hole for a distributor would be on the motor typical problem out of the older 3.1
