Check the switches make sure they are good. if they are then the problem is either the window motor or the window regulater. Maybe a bit obvious but just checking - If both of them are not working then check the isolation switch - its the extra switch on the drivers panel that stops the kids from playing with the rear windows, it should be in the up position. good luck.
Try checking your circuit breakers largefuses or relay switches for front power windows.
Since both windows on the front of the caravan do not work it is a common power issue. Check the window fuse and relays first, to see where the power loss is.

A very common problem is to have broken wires in the harness going to the driver side door.
If all the windows quit working you need to look for a blown fuse in the fusebox.
Windows not working in the winter could just be frozen...try parking inside for a day, or try checking your fuses. Could be a combination... windows froze so fuse blew when trying open them.
There might be a separate fuse for the fan and the windows, located in the fusebox inside the car.
The 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis circuit breaker for the power windows can be found in the fuse box. The circuit breaker will be in the first column, third from the bottom.
