If a PlayStation 3 has been damaged, the best course of action is to have it inspected by a professional; taking your PlayStation 3 into the shop you bought it from may be a suitable option. Once it has been inspected, a professional will be able to inform you of the kind of damage your PlayStation 3 has taken, and whether it requires repairs.
