Probably this is caused by a faulty Motor mount or Transmission mount. Inspect the mounts and if faulty, replace them. They are not repairable. If you have an old car that you cannot find new ones at the McParts store, check out the local Junk Yards......there are sometimes cars other than yours that uses the same parts. Ask the Man for an interchangeability list.

a vacuum leak can cause high idle
car run good but has a little vibration idle or running
sounds like a bad idle control sensor
If you have average mileage on it, you should go get it checked. That is too low for an idle. The vibration is probly from the low idle.
check under the hood as there should be a sticker, but without year and transmission style i cant tell you for sure. For a manual 1993 its 700 rpm. hope this helps ...{ASMDEMON}

you have to turn the idle screw down ?? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? there are 2 of them. one on the right and one on the left. the left one is general idle and the one on the right is for air-conditioning idle and high power output idle ( rev higher ) A vacuum line may have come off if it has started revving.
