Air vents in most cars are vacuum controlled. Check for vacuum leaks in any part of the engine system. Also check the ac/heat control system, as they can develop a vacuum leak with time.

Under the hood in front of the transmission dip stick is a vacuum line. If it is disconnected or split it will make the air vents not work. If that's not it check your fuses.

I just had that problem with my 99 Monte Carlo. When I accelerated or went uphill No air would come out of the dash vents. Problem was a Vacuum hose. Cost about $40 to fix.
something is messed up with the controlling to your back vents. you need to take it to a specialist and have them fix it. it shouldn't take that long to fix
you need to take the air vents off and when you reach up inside them you will feel leaves and maple keys or what ever is falling from your trees packed in there.It is blocking the drainage out the side of the body.
go to the dealer and have the cabin filters replaced
The vent door at blower is broken, very common and very hard to fix.
