The only thing to do in this situation is to connect your iPod to iTunes and restore it. This will erase everything on your iPod touch, but if you have your data backed up to iCloud or on iTunes, you can restore everything back to the way it was.
1) Connect your iPod to iTunes
2) Click on your iPod on the left under "Devices"
3) Under "Version", click "Restore"
Your computer will now begin deleting everything on your iPod, and when it is done, you will be able to retrieve all of your data from a backup. It's a long, painful process, but in the end you will not lose any of your data.
Hope this helps, and try to pick an easier password next time!
I would try restoring it from iTunes. If that doesn't work call Apple and they will be glad to fix it.
well if your ipod touch is disabled its most offenly because when you have a password and you dont know it and you keep doing it it can get disable for a long time so that most likely you problem hope i answered you question.

You can reset your iPod to Factory settings by restoring it. But be warned it also gets rid of all of your apps and songs
try logging in with no password, just click ok with nothing in the blank, otherwise, reformat it.
Right below the sign in box for your user name and password is a check box that you can check to tell Live Sync to remember your password. [That is true but there is a known bug in the Live software (including Messenger and Sync) that causes it to fail to remember login data even when the box is checked. See discussion and software fix here: http://messengergeek.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!E3785B1281BBDA1!2883.entry?sa=954280017. It worked for me. Scan the software fix for viruses before using it, of course.]

You either allowed (when logging in) Gmail to save your password or forgot to sign out. Simply clearing your history folder will fix the problem and remember - when logging in - un-check the 'stay signed in' box underneath password area.
You go to an apple store and they will fix it for you
