Open minecraft and click on the "Option" button and select "Force Update" and it will reinstall the files and start over. It won't touch the saves or world files only the core Minecraft files.

Your touchscreen option is enabled. Disable it, and it will work wonders. You might need to restart your minecraft.
so to fix it is to right click it then go to open with.. then choose default program then in the top section it should have java then after that it should work... p.s mine is worse and i cant fix it but it will probebly fix have fun

Reinstall it? And if you're using mods then navigate to .minecraft/bin and open minecraft.jar with winrar or 7zip or whichever you choose, and delete META-INF. this should fix black screen

Oh and before that, I right-clicked on My DS ROM I was about to play, and I chose "open file with no$gba". Did that affect my problem ?
Close minecraft and then reopen it. Repeat until working.
