on top of the box with the question, there's a report abuse button, and you can click what it needs on there and write how it should be improved.
Click on "Flag for Improvement" in the blue box to the left of the question.
If a contributor feels their question hasn't been answered accordingly, he or she can flag their question for improvement.
You cannot flag a question. You can only flag answers to questions. To do so, you must be a registered user, and if you look under 'Question Tools' in your blue navigation bar, it should say 'Flag for Improvement'.
The easiest way would be to flag the answer for improvement by clicking "Flag" on your blue bar at the left, or just remove the answer and wait for another.

Sometimes the flag on the right will have turned red. But not always, due to the sensitivity of some flag options. You can also look at the question history by clicking "Question History" on the left toolbar. Note that you will need to be logged in.If you believe a question or answer needs to be reported but are not sure it already has been, report it anyway.
