If you're going to do it on your own, there is a lengthy proccess that you go through, but if you just go to Google and type in "upside down typing translator" you should be able to click on a site where you will type text in one box, and it will appear upside down in another. Then, you can right click, copy, and paste it wherever you want it to go :)
