Disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses going to the heater core at the firewall. Use a garden hose to flush the core starting by back flushing it by inserting the hose on the outlet side then moving to the inlet side. Continue flushing until the water is perfectly clean. Do not use too much pressure or you will cause a leak in the core.
Nope........... You can bypass it if its leaking and run the vehicle as normal..........
Most likely a leak in the heater core, should be on the passenger side under the dash.
1993 Saturn sl2
Low coolant? Bad thermostat? Heater core plugged? Heater core airbound? Temperature control cable not adjusted properly?
There is no block heater on the s-series That is not right there was an option on the s series but like i said it was an option so.
I have the Chilton manual for this vehicle and it appears as though you will need to disassemble the dash to get to the heater core. Before you do this, make sure you disconnect the hoses on the engine side of the firewall and try to blow out as much of the remaining coolant to avoid spilling on the interior later during removal. The duct will have to be removed from the vehicle so whatever it takes to get there on your car will have to be done to get to the heater core itself.
do a 99 Saturn sl2 have a transmission pan gasket
How do you install 2002 saturn sl2 4 cyl
yes
The Saturn SL2 was produced from the years 1990 to 2002 in the United States. The best way to tell if the fusible link in a 1999 Saturn SL2 is fried is that there will be no 12v.
7 quarts of coolant will fill your sl2
yes it is also the same
