Assuming that you had electric folding mirrors fitted to the car; put the driver's mirror adjuster into the central (neutral) position and push it down for a second, both mirrors should fold in. Repeating this will make the mirrors fold out.

Most vehicles now have fold in mirrors. You can fold you mirrors in when arriving home. Or you can choose a different parking location or even set up cameras to catch the other vehicles license plate number. There is not a more flexible mirror option. Otherwise our mirrors would just blow around when driving on the highway.

I added Toyota brand towing mirrors to mine and yes the mirrors work with the adjustment switch. However they do not fold or slide in automatically. If you also want them to electrically fold or slide in then the truck has to be ordered that way. I manually fold or slide mine in. I tow a 5th wheel so I use them all the time.
