Remember that safe food handling procedures dictate that you get the pasta through the bacterial danger zone (41°-104° F, 5°-40° C) as quickly as possible, which is why it's recommended you don't cool the pasta on your kitchen counter for any length of time.

There is no reason why you cant freeze home made pasta , but traditionally pasta is stored by drying it out then storing in air tight containers. If you are freezing it fast freeze it flat then stack when frozen !!! GOOD LUCK !!!
