How do you gain muscle?

Exercise is the best way and the most common type is resistance

training. It is more correct to call it gaining muscle mass because

you actually do not grow more muscle cells. The ones you have just

get thicker.It is also important to do a variety of different types

of resistance training followed by stretches so that you not only

build muscle mass, you also develop them symmetrically and with

flexibility.
