Put the first date in manually. You could then use a formula to do the subsequent dates, by adding the number of days you want. So if the first date was in cell A2 and in A3 you wanted one day later, you would have:
=A2+1
For a week later, you would have:
=A2+7
You could also use the Fill Series option that Excel provides, having selected the range of cells that you want to fill.
