Basically you just go to your app store which is usually called "Play store" and looks like a little shopping bag with a play symbol on it. Once you locate that it would be easiest to just type "instagram" into the search bar. It should come up, if it will not download its possible that the app is not compatible with your device, though it works on most androids I have noticed a few people that have problems with installing it.
