Put LeafGreen into your ds with diamond, but play diamond. When u get to the screen that allows u to go to your game, you'll also see another option: transfer. Click on it and it will allow u to choose up to six Pokemon from your LeafGreen PC to transfer to diamond. Once u have picked them, hit ok. Now, play your diamond game. If u go to pal park, they will be there.
