To change back you most likely need the TV remote. Use the input/ source button to switch between all the different inputs on the baxk until you get to the one you want. It helps to label the inputs acurately through the menu of your TV.
Go to menu system configuration auto somthing your language and yes to delet ur channels should reload hope this helps
Pushing a button to change the channel on a remote control begins a process that causes the remote to carry out the command. It works something like this:You want to go to channel 13 and push these buttons on the remote control. This causes it to touch the contact beneath it, and this completes the "channel change" circuit on the integrated circuit board, which detects this. The integrated circuit then sends the "channel change" command to the LED (Light-emitting diode) at the front of the remote. [LEDs are able to transmit visible, ultraviolet, and infrared waves and are very useful across a variety of disciplines.]The LED sends a series of light pulses which corresponds to the numerical code that indicates which channel the TV should switch to.(These numerical codes, also called binary commands, are each seven digits long. Each different command or number has a different binary command. For instance, on Sony TVs, the "volume up" command is 001 0010 while the "change to channel 13" command would read like this: 000 0000 000 0010 (there are 14 digits because the channel you want has 2 digits and each digit has it's own binary command). On the TV set, the infrared receiver picks up the signal sent from the remote control and converts the light pulses back into the electrical signal. This signal is then passed to the microprocessor, which completes the command of changing the channel.

In the Narrow-band channel the signal see the channel as a flat channel , and the signal pass the channel without any type of cut . In the other hand the signal that passes through the wide-band channel see the channel as a frequency selective channel and cut values from the signal . I mean that if the bandwidth for the signal is lager than the bandwidth for the channel then, the channel is a wide-band channel, and if the bandwidth for the signal is smaller than the bandwidth for the channel then the channel will be a narrow-band channel .
There is no frequency of mono. Mono is a one channel signal, stereo is a two channel signal.
Try changing the channel to 611 to restore the signal strength. If that doesn't work, contact your service provider and have them give you an estimate to get it fixed.
remove the battery from the remote control
When changing lanes you should do the following Signal check your mirrors change lanes turn signal off. What step is missing from this lane-changing procedure?
Usually you change batteries when it dies out on you. But there are also indications that batteries need changing. Like it's not working smoothly, or remote signal seems weak, or the flashing battery indicator. Best if you have a spare set of batteries on hand.
Try playing movie in vcr and then press auto program for the tv. It sometimes finds the movie signal and makes the channel available through the channel up/down on the remote.
Transformer
The remote control sends a radio signal to the base unit, and the base unit interprets the signal to switch the connected appliance on or off. Some remote control can operate multiple switches from a distance.
