You should have received a title from whoever you paid the money to. If they cannot provide one, you may have to go to the DMV and apply for a lost title.
If you bought the bike on credit and miss the payments, they can and will repossess the bike and sell it at auction. Just like a car.
You have to get it from the owner that last had the title in his name.
want to buy a vehicle without a title but with a bill of sale
The title should be at the auction location. They probably have it in a file somewhere and forgot to give it to you. If they don't have it, they should have the information on the previous owner so they can get it, unless it was specified at the auction that it was being sold for parts only, without a title.
The bill of sale would be the receipt from the pawn shop where you purchased the motorcycle. You fill in the buyer info on the title.
a few days or even a week
a ppainting bought at auction.....
DMV...it would be a salvage title which will kill the resell value of the bike....could try and get a lost title instead, some states offer this instead of the salvage title
