Technically you don't get it. Nook gives it to you wen u first start. Wen he says u can pay off the loan through the ABD that's your bank account. You can deposit and withdraw money from it. And depositing bells isn't going to your loan. It's just there to collect interest or for spending wen u r ready. If you don't get a bank account from Nook idk what to tell you.
