How do you get a brownie?

Either refrigerate the entire pan thoroughly or freeze lightly for about 1/2 hour, or cool your brownies. Once the fat in the brownies solidifies, they will be easy to cut cleanly. Just don't try to cut them if you over-freeze them (if they are rock-hard); leave them out until they are just barely soft enough to cut. You can also cut them with a plastic knife. Make sure the pan is greased or lined with parchment paper before you bake the brownies.

One does not kill a brownie, and it may not be possible to kill one. If one no longer wants the beneficial help of a brownie, simply call the gift of food left for them payment. They become offended and leave.

Brownies are made with simple recipes. There also are very good, simple mixes available.

My own recipe for "Moist Brownies" is summarized below:

1/2 c. oil

1 c. raw sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1/2 c. flour

1/3 c. cocoa

pinch salt

1/2 c. chopped nuts and/or Chocolate Chips.

Combine ingredients in their listed order. Bake in greased 9" x 9" pan,

bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. More detailed instructions are available on my cooking site.

Cut it down the middle, spin and cut in half again keep doing this until the are the brownies are as big or small as you want them.
